FALCONER - It took double-overtime as host Falconer (4-1-1, 5-2-1) and Southwestern battled to a 1-1 deadlock in Division 1 girls soccer Friday afternoon.
Both teams scored in the first half with Falconer scoring first on Andrea Volk's goal from Kaylee Keith at 5:50, her fifth of the season.
Kate Johnson tied it up at 1-1 for Southwestern at 20:31 and the rest of the way the goal tending dominated.
Britta Johnson stopped 15 shots for Southwestern and Jordyn Jones had 10 for Falconer.
