Rev. Eldon and Rosemary Johnson recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a small family gathering, including sons Bruce (Nancy) and Greg (Grace), as well as their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
They were married Sept. 27, 1952, at the Covenant Church in Galesburg, Ill., by the Rev. Glenn Lindell. Johnson served Zion Covenant Church for 30 years as pastor, and the former Rosemary Lundeen served as choir director.
