ORCHARD PARK - Sherman native Ryan Swanson, playing for Pinehurst Golf Club, fired a 73-72-145 and Dwayne Randall from Peek'n Peak Resort shot a 75-70-145 to tie for second place in the Western New York PGA Sun Mountain Tour Championship at Orchard Park Country Club, which concluded Tuesday.
Patrick Damore of Conewango Country Club shot a 73-74-147, Jamestown native Chris Stoddard carded a 72-76-148, Moon Brook Country Club pro Mike Kaye shot 75-77-152 and Jack Widger from Elkdale Country Club connected for 76-76-152.
The tournament winner was Tim Fries from Transit Valley Country Club. He shot a 70-71-141 total, chipping in on the 36th hole.
