FREWSBURG - Morgan Scarpino picked up victories in two events on Tuesday to help lift Frewsburg over Franklinville, 118-68, in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association girls swimming action.
Scarpino won the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 29.88 seconds and also was a winner in diving with 201.07 points.
For Franklinville, Johanna Farrand doubled in the 200 individual medley (3:01.39) and the 100 butterfly (1:20.24).

ALLEGANY - Paige Turcotte picked up victories in the 500-yard freestyle (6:30.91) and the 200 freestyle (2:18.87) and Panama swimmers set 40 personal bests on the way to defeating Allegany-Limestone, 102-84.
For the hosts, Annie McHone was a double winner, hitting the wall first in both the 200 individual medley (2:34.62) and the 100 butterfly (1:07.69).

The bright spot of the day for the Lady Red Raiders (0-3, 0-4) came in the diving event, thanks to Sam Oakes, who racked up 110.30 points for first place, followed by Morgan Melquist in second.
