LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Tiffany C. Bindics, 31, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument at 9 a.m. Tuesday. According to police, an investigation found that on Sept. 21, she had cashed a stolen/forged check at the Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union. She was arraigned and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail on $5,000 bail.
ELLICOTT POLICE
Chance S. Renner, 22, of Falconer was charged with disorderly conduct on Monday. According to police, when an officer knocked on the door at the subject's residence after hearing what he believed was an argument, Renner opened the door and began to swear at the officer, threatening to fight him. He was taken into custody an issued an appearance ticket.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
OLEAN - Misty R. Gray, 39, of Randolph was charged with fifth-degree welfare fraud, petit larceny, second-degree forgery and four counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing at 1:30 p.m. Monday.
RANDOLPH - Joseph E. Novak, 18, of Randolph was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment at 9 p.m. Friday. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in court later.
CATTARAUGUS - Carl R. Williams, 33, of Cattaraugus was taken into custody at 11 p.m. Saturday on an active arrest warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Family Court. He was arraigned and sent to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $1,000 bail.
ELLICOTTVILLE - Michael J. Bugenhagen, 46, of Springville was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 9:40 p.m. on Sept. 16. He is due back in court later.
OLEAN - Chad M. Fetterman, 27, of Olean was taken into custody on a warrant at 5:40 p.m. Friday after he was observed with too many passengers in the front seat of the vehicle he was operating. An investigation also found a four-year-old in the front seat without a booster seat. Fetterman did not have a valid license, and there were active warrants for his arrest out of Olean and Franklinville. He was taken into custody and turned over to the Olean Police Department for further processing.
REDHOUSE - Christopher R. Haun, 32, of Bradford, Pa. was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane and having unsafe tires at 6:51 a.m. Saturday. He is due back in court later.
LITTLE VALLEY - John W. Booth, 37, of West Valley was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, driving while intoxicated, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to keep right and endangering the welfare of a child at 10 p.m. Sunday. He is due back in court later.
