Behind Kyle Richardson's shutout, Maple Grove ran its unblemished Division 3 boys soccer record to 7-0-1 on Thursday afternoon.
Richardson recorded his seventh shutout of the season as the Red Dragons prevailed over West Valley, 3-0.
Riley Beaton began the scoring by taking a pass from Nick Swanson at 28 minutes of the first half.

Swanson made it 2-0 with an assist from Dominick Fabrizio in the second half.
Then, David Meekins scored off a corner kick from Beaton at 28 minutes.
ELLICOTTVILLE WINS TIGHT ONE
ELLICOTTVILLE - Ellicottville scored on a penalty kick with about 15 minutes left to beat Frewsburg (1-3, 3-3), 2-1.
Frewsburg had its only goal by Alex Elderkin from 25 yards at 12 minutes into the second half.
Ellicottville scored the first goal at 14 minutes of the first half.
Justin Randall made five saves for Frewsburg.
DIVISION 2
CARDS WIN AGAIN
RANDOLPH - Scoring two goals in each half enabled Randolph to remain undefeated at 5-0 in Division 2 boys soccer and 7-l overall with a 4-0 victory over Silver Creek.
Dustin Botzenmayer scored the first goal of the season from Taylor Miller at three minutes followed by Zach Jackson getting his sixth goal of the season from Connor McAllister at 15 minutes of the first half.
In the second half, Mathew Born tallied his team-leading eighth goal of the year from Botzenmayer at 20 minutes and Jacob Turner got his third goal of the fall unassisted at 25 minutes.
Nick Carpenter was called upon to make just one save in the Randolph net. Phil Hanson of Silver Creek had seven saves.
MORRIS SCORES WINNER
CATTARAUGUS - Michael Morris' goal was the difference as Salamanca (3-1, 5-1) edged Cattaraugus-Little Valley (1-3, 3-3), 1-0.
Morris scored his unassisted goal with 12 minutes left in the first half and goalie MacKenzie Tucker made its stand up with a six-save shutout.
Dylan Rhinehart played almost as well with 15 saves for the hosts.
Cattaraugus-Little Valley almost tied it with 11 minutes left when a shot hit the left post and bounced away.
DIVISION 1
FALCONS PREVAIL
FALCONER- Nick Alexander recorded the only goal for Falconer on an assist from Drew Beckerink in a 1-0 win over Westfield.
Recording the shutout was goalie Trevor Dykstra.
