RANDOLPH - Dorothy M. Buvoltz Abbey, 84, of Jamestown Street, Randolph, passed away Thursday (Sept. 20, 2012), at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa. She was preceded by her husband, Robert R. Abbey.
