Lauren Nickerson recorded her 40th career shutout in undefeated Maple Grove's Division 2 win over Randolph on Wednesday.
Nickerson made four saves in recording her fifth shutout of the season as the Lady Red Dragons (6-0, 7-0) blanked visiting Randolph (4-2, 4-2-1), 2-0.
The first score of the game came in the second half when Alexis Novotny of MG scored from Sara Crossley at 21 minutes. Three minutes later, it was teammate Jordan Ahlstrom from Katie Thorsen.
