Falconer Seniors

To Meet Monday

Falconer Senior Citizens will meet in the Falconer Senior Center on Sept. 24. New officers will be nominated and elected. All members are encouraged to attend. Ann Moren opened a recent meeting, attended by 30 seniors, with a flag salute and prayer. Discussion was on election of officers. Awards were presented to Grace Wakefield, Jay Bonfiglio, Carrie Triscari and Moren. Celebrating birthdays were Muriel Casas and Lloyd Swain. Jennie Cosenza and Mary Racitano closed the meeting.

Bingo Towel Party Is Saturday

The Mt. Sinai-Mecca Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, will sponsor a bingo towel party on Saturday in the Masonic Center, Baker Street Extension, Jamestown. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. The cost is a donation of $5 and includes lunch, a game board, door prize ticket and tiny treasure tickets. The event is open to the public.

Cemetery Assn.

To Meet Wednesday

The fall meeting of the Hale Cemetery Association will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, in the home of William Wiltsie, 461 Ludwick Road, Russell. All lot owners and family are welcome to attend. For more information, call 814-757-4361.
