WESTFIELD POLICE
WESTFIELD - Nathan R. St. Don, 35, of Stockton was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, DWI with a child less than 16 years of age in the vehicle, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, endangering the welfare a child and speeding at 6:08 p.m. Sunday. According to police, St. Don was originally stopped for a speeding violation, but after further investigation, he was found to be intoxicated. He was arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $15,000 cash bail and $20,000 property.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
LITTLE VALLEY - Cory L. Dieterman, 39, of Cattaraugus was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching Monday. According to police, Dieterman had gone to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office to report that he had just moved back to the county from Minnesota and needed to register with the office. A warrant check revealed that there was an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and arraigned. Bail was set at $3,500 and he is due back in court later.

HANOVER - Thomas W. Berwick, 20, of Tonawanda was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:58 p.m. on July 1. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge to be back in court later.
HANOVER - Anthony B. Hagen, 24, of Hamburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:43 p.m. on July 21. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge to be back in court later.
NORTH HARMONY - Brittni N. Wojtecki, 18, of North East, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 7 p.m. on Sept. 7. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge to be back in court later.
ELLERY - Jacob L. McMaster, 18, of Bemus Point was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:32 p.m. on Aug. 7. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge to be back in court later.
HANOVER - Janine L. Dumond, 60, of Conewango was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:42 p.m. on Sunday. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge to be back in court later.
