Vicky L. Juhl, 43, of Federal Way, Washington, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012, in St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash.
A Jamestown resident most of her life, she was born Oct. 14, 1968, the daughter of Karen Lundin and David Juhl.
Graduating from Maple Grove High School in 1986, she attended James-town Community College and earned an electronic technology degree, graduating in 1998.

Before moving to Washington state in 2004, she was employed in the James-town area by Pizza Hut, Acu-Rite, Jamestown Bowl-ing Company and Falconer Electronics. In Washington, she was employed at Hoya Vision.
Her hobbies included crafting, cooking, publish-ing recipes, reading and her cat, Lucy.
She is survived by her companion of eight years, Mark Mandel; her mother, Karen Lundin (Jeff Griffith); her aunts: Martha Lundin, Debbie (Art) Osterdahl, Ann (Cregg) Bernard and Brenda Kelly, all of Jamestown; her grandfather, Ron Putnam of James-town; her cousins: Andy Osterdahl of Jamestown, David Saxton of Golds- boro, N.C., Jon Osterdahl, Jill Saxton, Ryan Bernard and stepbrother, Dave Griffith all of Jamestown, and stepbrother, Patrick Griffith of Los Angeles.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Norman Lun-din in December 1985; her maternal grandmother, Bar-bara Lundin in December 2011; her paternal grand-mother, Beverly Putnam in 1999; and two uncles: Robert Lundin in June 2012 and Mark Putnam in March 2010.
Funeral services and visitation hours will not be observed. Arrangements are by Lind Funeral Home. Inurnment will be at Lakeview Cemetery where a graveside service will be observed by the immediate family.
The family respectfully requests that memorial do-nations be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
