MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following sentences in Chautauqua County Court in front of the Honorable John T. Ward, Chautauqua County Court judge. They are:
Scott P. Biekert, 25, of 26 Clinton St., Westfield, was sentenced to 1 years in state prison with one year post-release supervision for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Jonathan A. Herdzik, 28, of 116 S. Serval St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to one year in jail for fourth-degree grand larceny.
