JAMESTOWN POLICE

Joseph Danson, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 4:11 p.m. Thursday. According to a police report, officers were dispatched to 9 Lincoln St. for a reported violation of an order of protection. Upon arrival, they found Danson inside the residence. There was a valid order of protection for Danson to stay away from a woman in the house. Danson was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

POMFRET - Nicholas T. Bailey, 22, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while his ability was impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and having insufficient brake lamps at 2:06 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

RANDOLPH - John C. Stahley, 75, of Randolph, was charged with lewdness for exposing his body in public at 7:06 p.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.

HANOVER - A 17-year-old male from Forestville was charged with second-degree criminal mischief at 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

SALAMANCA - Janelle E. Abrams, 21, of Salamanca, was charged with second-degree harassment at 2:53 p.m. Friday. She will be in court later.

ELLICOTT - John R. Furey, 52, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 11:23 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

Abimelec D. Lopez, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 2:03 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.

COLLINS - Wayne Hayward, 19, of Collins, was charged with first-degree prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 9 a.m. on Sept. 6. He will be in court later.

CHERRY CREEK - Heather M. Scinta, 25, of Cherry Creek, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 3:43 a.m. Sunday. She will be in court later.

POMFRET - Francis J. Orazio, 22, of Stockton, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 2:15 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
