Peterson — Cope

Katherine Ann Cope and Micah Randall Peterson exchanged wedding vows on June 23, 2012, at Gervasi Vineyard in Canton, Ohio. The Rev. Catherine Daniels performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Karleen Cope of Uniontown, Ohio, and Dennis Cope of Andover, Mass. Her husband is the son of Amy Peterson of Lakewood, N.Y., and Bruce Peterson of Jamestown, N.Y., and the grandson of Joan Oste of Jamestown, N.Y.

Jen Mayhew, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Laura Wilhelm and Hannah Baggett. Flower girls were Olivia and Lauren Mayhew, nieces of the bride. Best man was Paul Regallis. Ushers were Adam Irgang, brother-in-law of the groom, and Scott Oste, cousin of the groom.

The bride earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications and a master's degree in higher education administration and student personnel from Kent State University. She is employed by Kent State University as an academic advisor. Her husband earned a Bachelor of Science in technology from Kent State University. He is employed by Ohio Gratings Inc., in Canton, Ohio, as a project manager.

They honeymooned in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

They are living in Uniontown, Ohio.
