CATTARAUGUS - Annabelle C. Kelley, 93, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, at the Chautauqua County Home in Dunkirk, N.Y.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at noon at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Otto. Burial will be in the Liberty Park Cemetery in Cattaraugus.
