JAMESTOWN POLICE

Daniel J. Covedill, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with moving from a lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more at 1:06 a.m. Thursday. Police report seeing a vehicle driven by Covedill crash into fencing around a BPU station near McCrea Point. Covedill will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.

Bobby R. Mount Sr., 29, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment at 12:43 a.m. Thursday. According to a police report, Mount was involved in a domestic dispute and had fled the area after entering two different residences. He was found and charged. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

HANOVER - A 17-year-old Silver Creek youth was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. According to a police report, he allegedly entered several vehicles in the Hanford Bay and Sunset Bay areas in July and took property. He will be in court later.
