MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County District Attorney, announced the following sentences in Chautauqua County Court in front of the Honorable John T. Ward.
Leonard G. Wilson, 50, of 47 Middle Rd., Dunkirk, was sentenced to 8 years determinate in state prison with 3 years post-release supervision for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Mickey A. Darling, 37, of 2742 Denslow Ave., Jamestown, was sentenced to 1 1/2 years determinate in prison with 1 year post-release supervision for fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Bradley A. McIntyre, 39, of 126 Coldspring Rd., Randolph, was sentenced to 5 years probation, 5 years ignition interlock device, a $1,000 fine and 1 year driver license revocation for felony DWI.
James W. Kulik, 51, of 7431 Zimmerman Rd., Hamburg, was sentenced to 5 years probation, a $1,500 fine and 1 year driver's license revocation for DWAI drugs.
Edison Velez-Dominguez, 40, of 3742 E. Main St., lot #12, Fredonia, was sentenced to 5 years probation and a $1,500 fine for felony aggravated DWI per se.
Keith L. Carlson, 55, of 413 James St., Jamestown, was sentenced to time served and five years probation for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Julie A. Carlson, 51, of 413 James St., Jamestown, was sentenced to time served and 5 years probation for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Adrianel Rivera-Rodriguez, 33, of 2601 2nd Ave., Falconer, was sentenced to 1 year in jail for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
