Silver Creek Alumni To Volunteer
SILVER CREEK - The Silver Creek Central School 1970s alumni will host several fundraisers this week to benefit the Silver Creek Food Pantry and The Resource Center's Laurel Run, which was started by former Silver Creek teachers Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hotelling. The group will also participate in the Festival of Grapes parade and collect non-perishable food and personal care items including toothpaste, deodorant, soap, detergent and cleaning supplies, for the Silver Creek Food Pantry.
AARP?To Host Discussion Today
The public is invited to attend the local AARP meeting at 1:30 p.m. today at First Lutheran Church on Chandler Street. Celoron Rabies Clinic Is Saturday
CELORON - The Chautauqua County Health Department is hosting a rabies vaccination clinic from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Celoron Highway Garage, 50 Gifford St., Celoron. Dr. Jill Colburn will be the veterinarian. All pets will be required to be on a leash or in a cage, and owners are encouraged to bring rabies vaccination records for each animal that will be receiving a shot.
