JAMESTOWN POLICE

Jared A. L. Nelson, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely, DWI and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more at 2:49 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, a vehicle driven by Nelson was seen failing to keep right several times as it traveled north on Prendergast Avenue. The vehicle was also seen hitting a curb on Buffalo Street. Nelson was pulled over and charged. He will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.

Nicholas Chambers, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. According to a police report, officers were dispatched to 158 Stowe St. for a reported fight. Upon arrival, several people ran away, but Chambers remained in the front yard having a fight with another subject. After being told to stop swearing, Chambers charged at one of the officers and refused to comply with their commands. He was charged and taken to the city jail pending bail.

Jason C. Green, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 12 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers were dispatched to a domestic incident at Stowe Street home. Upon arrival, officers found Green inside the house in violation of a valid order of protection. He was taken to the city jail until he can be arraigned.

Depree S. Gamble was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt at 4:30 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers were dispatched to 5 Crescent St. for a report of an unwanted person. Upon arrival, they found Gamble in the house in violation of two valid Jamestown City Court orders of protection. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

SALAMANCA - Robbie J. Farrell, 21, of Bradford, Pa., was charged with failure to maintain a lane, DWI and DWI with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent at 10:08 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

RANDOLPH - Dylan M. Purdy, 20, of Randolph, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:40 p.m. on July 4. He will be in court.

POLAND - Joshua A. Jenkins, 27, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment at 9:33 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.

SHERMAN - David H. Devine, 46, of Sherman, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:30 a.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

NORTH HARMONY - Andrew S. Hughes, 23, of North East, Pa., was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 6:11 p.m. Friday. Additionally, William R. Tilyou, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation.

FREDONIA -Dennisa L. Pagan, 28, of Dunkirk, was charged trespassing at noon August 30. She will be in court later.

POMFRET - John J. Buczek, 43, of Fredonia, was charged with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 5:31 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
