Loveda Mae Snyder, 71, of Jamestown, N.Y., died at 1:20 a.m. on September 9, 2012, at Heritage Park Skilled Nursing Facility.
Loveda was born on May 12, 1941, in Ridgeway, Pa., to James and Louise Weilacher Gardner. She grew up and lived in Falconer for many years. She attended Falconer Central High School and was a member of the Falconer First Baptist Church.
Loveda will be remembered for being willing to share anything she had to whomever needed it. She faithfully collected pop can tabs for the dialysis unit, as her mother was a dialysis patient.

She loved WWE Wrestling, watching weekly, and attending several live performances in Jamestown with her grandsons.
She was known for decorating for every holiday and had a great love for flowers and chocolate. Loveda did beautiful embroidery work, especially pillow cases.
Surviving are two daughters: Vicki (Larry) Wells and Molly (Brian) Cook all of Jamestown; six grandchildren: Jonathan and Jason Stebbins and Amy Nowell, all of Jamestown, Zachary Smith, stationed at United State Air Force, Ramstein, Germany, and Rachael and Levi Smith, both of Jamestown; two sisters: Vonceile (Bob) Mamon of Falconer and Becky (Angelo) Pollino of Jamestown.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Falconer Funeral Home. The Rev. William Leslie, chaplain of Hospice of Chautauqua County, will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
