GERRY - A Celoron man was killed in a two-vehicle accident Sunday on Route 60 in Gerry, just north of Cassadaga Valley Central School.

According to a police report by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, a vehicle driven by James F. Bush, 87, of Celoron, crossed over the center line of Route 60 and struck a vehicle being driven by Sarah A. Ficarro, 21, of Owego, around 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

After an investigation, it was determined Bush had suffered a medical emergency prior to the accident causing him to cross over the center line of the road.
