Mr. and Mrs. Albert Elliott of Fredonia, N.Y., and Katherine Wright of Jamestown, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina Elliott, to Paul Miller, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Zack Miller.
Miss Elliott is a 1980 graduate of Fredonia High School, and is employed by The Resource Center. Her fiance is a 1975 graduate of Erie Tech Memorial. He is employed by Donavan and Bauer of Titusville.
A Sept. 29, 2012, wedding is planned.
