WESTFIELD - Darren Ramm, 25, of Westfield was charged with trespassing and second-degree harassment at 12:20 p.m. Friday. According to police, Ramm allegedly entered a residence without permission and engaged the female that was living there in an argument. He also allegedly grabbed the female, causing her to fall and injure herself. Ramm was issued appearance tickets and will be in court later.

LITTLE VALLEY - Chad H. Erhart, 22, of Cattaraugus was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep right at 11:40 p.m. Friday after a traffic stop. He will be in court later.
LITTLE VALLEY - Austin W. Woodarek, 20, of Mansfield was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 10:30 p.m. Saturday for an incident that occurred on Aug. 28. He is due back in court later.
ASHFORD - Kasey J. Klein, 26, of Machias was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content over .08 percent, having an unregistered motor vehicle, having improper plates, not having insurance, resisting arrest, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving with an open container of alcohol at 1:01 a.m. Sunday. She was processed and released on uniform traffic tickets and is due back in court later.
LITTLE VALLEY - Thomas P. Williams, 20, of Salamanca was taken into custody on a bench warrant at 11 p.m. on Aug. 29 after a traffic stop in the town of Little Valley. He was turned over to the Salamanca City Police.
OLEAN - Richard J. Cummings, 24, of Portville turned himself in to the Olean Police Department on an arrest warrant stemming from an incident in the town of Franklinville. He was arraigned and released to appear in court later.
OLEAN - Brittany A. Washburn, 23, of Salamanca was charged with fifth-degree welfare fraud, petit larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, Washburn is accused of not reporting a job and income to the Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services from May 2011 to September 2011.
NEW ALBION - Larry D. Frentz, 54, of Cattaraugus was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content over .08 percent and failure to yield the right of way while entering a roadway at 9:41 Sunday. He was processed and released on appearance tickets to be back in court later.
