NORTH HARMONY - Tindaro J. Paratore, 21, of Parma Heights, Ohio, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4 p.m. July 28. Paratore will be in court later.
LAKEWOOD - Frank R. Salapek, 57, of Jamestown, was charged with reckless driving, DWI, moving from a lane unsafely, a violation of motorcycle helmet laws and refusal to take a breath test at 1:32 a.m. Friday.
HANOVER - Michael A. Hartman, 20, of Fredonia, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:20 p.m. August 25. He will be in court later.
Clifford L. Cummings, 54, of Salamanca, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 12:35 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
Michael J. Redeye, 28, of Salamanca, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:20 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
CATTARAUGUS -Edmund L. Williams, 20, of Palmyra, was charged with speeding, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and not having a license. He will be in court later.
Leon J. Kindt, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
ELLICOTT - Isabel Rodas-Churimia, 50, of Dunkirk was charged with exposure of a person, DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 10:30 p.m. Saturday. She was held pending further action.
EVANS - Cindy A. Elmes, 26, of West Seneca was charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent and second-degree criminal impersonation at 11:20 p.m. Saturday. She was released to a third party.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Shone F. Buchanan, 29, of Columbus, Ohio, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se for having a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 12:45 a.m. Monday on Route 5 and 20 in Hanover. According to a police report, deputies stopped to check on a disabled vehicle. A check of Buchanan's driver's license showed his license was suspended in New York state. Buchanan was charged and will be in court later.
HANOVER - Jason R. Lux, 27, of Orchard Park was charged with failure to keep right, DWI and DWI per se for having a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 3:01 a.m. Monday on Routes 5 and 20 in Hanover. According to a police report, deputies pulled Lux's vehicle over for crossing the center line of the road. He will be in Hanover Town Court later.
HANOVER - Corey S. Damba, 23, of Columbus Street, Buffalo; Meghan E. Yea, 24, of Hudson Street, Buffalo; and Samantha M. Appenheiner, 24, of Stanley Street, Buffalo, were all charged with having open containers of alcohol on the Hanover Town Beach at 10:30 p.m. Sunday. They will be in Hanover Town Court later.
HANOVER - Adam J. Rosina, 26, of Claremont Avenue, Buffalo; Maria V. Hernandez, 39, of Plymouth Street, Buffalo; and Bryan E. Gunsell, 24, of Ingham Avenue, Lackawanna; were all charged with having an open container of alcohol at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Hanover Town Beach. They will be in Hanover Town Court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
LAKEWOOD - Chad G. Hallberg, 31, of Lakewood was charged with felony DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and driving to the left of pavement markings at 7:50 p.m. Aug. 28 after officers saw a vehicle cross double solid yellow lines and almost hit the oncoming patrol vehicle. The vehicle was pulled over. Police report Hallberg had a .18 or higher blood-alcohol content and had a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years. He will be in Busti Town Court later.
ELLICOTT POLICE
Darin L. Butts, 19, of 36 Thayer St., Jamestown, Joseph L. Spencer III, 23, of 408 Falconer St., Jamestown, and Alonzo B. Miller, 19, of 10 Franklin St., Jamestown, were charged with petit larceny after allegedly breaking into an Ellicott business on Aug. 5. They will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
Nicholas J. Kanaby, 34, of 3. N. Dow St., Falconer, was charged with public lewdness on Aug. 26 after police received complaints of a man exposing himself while walking on West Main Street. A warrant was issued on Aug. 30. Kanaby was then arrested and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $500 cash or $1,000 property bail.
