A Jamestown man faces charges after riding his ATV on Winsor Street with his 4-year-old child sitting in front of him without a helmet.
Stephen P. Glover Sr., 30, of Jamestown was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered ATV, rider with no permanent seat, driving on the sidewalk and unlawful operation of an ATV on a street at 2:31 p.m. Monday after people complained of an ATV being driven on a city street.
Glover was taken to the city jail until he can be arraigned.
