The Tim Hortons construction site on North Main Street got a little shook up Friday.

Around mid-afternoon a large industrial crane toppled over, crushing a truck belonging to the construction crew beneath it. Fortunately, no one was harmed in the incident.

"To the best of my knowledge, the roofing contractor and the general contractor had a crane collapse on a truck on the job," said John Rauh, Kingsview Paving & Excavating owner. "I just know the crane operator tipped the crane somehow."

The operator of the construction vehicle refused to comment.

"Thank God no one was hurt," said Rauh. "Now we just have to get a new truck out there for the day, the one we had is kind of incapacitated."
