FALCONER - Falconer earned its first victory of the season and it came against a tough Randolph team as the Lady Golden Falcons (1-0) prevailed, 3-2, in non-league girls volleyball on Thursday.
Falconer took the first game, 25-15, but the Lady Cardinals (0-2) came back with a 28-26 win in game two.
The Lady Golden Falcons won the third game, 25-21, but Randolph evened things up in game four, 27-25, before Falconer sealed the win in game five, 25-19.

For Falconer, Makalia Haveron delivered 41 digs and nine assists, Kalynn Swanson had 54 assists, Shannon Gunnnell produced 18 kills and three aces, Alyssa Brooks added 15 kills and four aces and Danni Hannon had three aces.
Mandy Finch made 12 kills, Mckenna Maycock added 22 kills, Alexis Terrette had 20 assists and Peyton Terrette 17 assists for the Lady Cardinals.
