James Frank Rawson, 79, of Lexington, Ky., formerly of Jamestown, N.Y., went to heaven on Thursday, 23, 2012.
He was born Aug. 11, 1933, the son of the late George L. and Estella Rawson. Along with his sister, the late Elsie and brother, the late John, they were raised at the Masonic Home in Utica, N.Y.
He married Jean LaBelle July 1955, and entered the U.S. Air Force serving until 1959. They then divorced in November 1967, and he married Charlotte.
Surviving are his children: Rochelle (Jerry) Pruit, Linda (Richard) Reichardt, Lisa (Melody) Rawson, Allison (James) Soper, Julie Rawson, Christopher (Tammy) Temple and Dany Rawson.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
