WESTFIELD POLICE

WESTFIELD - Evelyn Rivera-Baez, 48, of Westfield was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and only having one headlight. She was issued traffic tickets and will be in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

CHAUTAUQUA - Nathaniel D. Hollins Jr., 21, of Silver Creek was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 10:37 a.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, Hollins allegedly damaged and defaced part of the wall at the Chautauqua County Jail by scratching a profane statement into the wall with his restraints. He will be in court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

LITTLE VALLEY - Gregory J. Schroeder, 30, of Conewango Valley was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving the wrong way on a one-way street at 9:32 p.m. on Aug. 18. He is due back in court later.

KILLBUCK - Thomas R. Bower Jr., 28, of Kill Buck was taken into custody and charged with false personation at 9:24 a.m. Saturday after giving deputies false names during an animal cruelty investigation. After investigation, it was discovered that Bower was wanted by the Jefferson Parish, La. Sheriff's Office under an alias for failing to give community notification and failure to appear in person for periodic registration as a result of a class A felony sex offense conviction. He is being held without bail pending extradition to Jefferson Parish, La.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

POMFRET - Michael J. Malinowski, 30, of Fredonia was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charges.

CATTARAUGUS - Joshua K. Benton, 36, of Brant was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years of age at 11:22 p.m. Tuesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charges.

FRENCH CREEK - Richard L. Gibbons, 30, of Clymer was charged with unlawfully growing cannabis at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.

CATTARAUGUS - Charles R. Jimerson, 46, of Irving, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:09 p.m. Tuesday. He was later released to a third party.
