HINSDALE - The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office is investigating a possible animal cruelty case.
According to a police report, the sheriff's office received a report of a dog found hanging from a bridge on Underwood Road in the town of Hinsdale. The animal is described as male, possibly a terrier or terrier mix, with a brown face, black back and brown legs. The dog's weight is approximately 20 to 25 pounds and it was wearing a camouflage collar when it was found.
