Barbara Rhinehart Chapman, 76, of Jamestown, died Friday (Aug. 24, 2012) in the WCA Hospital.
She was born in James-town on Aug. 15, 1936, the daughter of the late Bur-dette and Freda Forsmark Rhinehart.
She is survived by two sons: Wade (Kris) and Nathan Chapman; a daughter, Margo McFaul; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Chapman and by a daughter, Ursula Lopez.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Jehovah's Witnesses South Congregation.
