STOCKTON - Emery A Masiker, 49, of 8021 Bear Lake Road, Stockton, was charged with second-degree criminal sexual act and second-degree course of sexual contact against a child.
According to a police report, Masiker allegedly sexually abused an underage girl at various locations around Stockton between 2005 and 2009. After a joint investigation by the District Attorney's Office and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, an arrest warrant was issued from Chautauqua County Court.
Masiker surrendered himself to Chautauqua County Court on Monday. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 property bond.
