JAMESTOWN POLICE

Michael T. Saxton, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, littering and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration at 2:01 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, Saxton was being aggressive toward officers and making movements as if he was drawing a possible weapon from his waist area. When officers approached, he began swearing at officers and ran away after being told to stop. He was caught after a foot pursuit and charged. He will be in court later.

Jaime L. Condella, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and taken into custody on an active warrant from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office at 11:24 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, when Condella was found to have an active warrant, he was taken into custody without incident. He was also found to have an active warrant out of Stearns County in Minnesota. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail pending further action.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

Vincent Caruso, 51, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree grand larceny at 1:54 p.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.

DAYTON - Dennis M. Mallaber, 47, of Perrysburg, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 2:38 a.m. Friday. He was later released to a third party.

SOUTH DAYTON - Joseph C. Gierszewski, 18, and a 16-year-old male, both of South Dayton, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:15 p.m. Thursday. Both will be in court later.

RANDOLPH - Carl A. Barbera, 34, of Chaffee, was charged with first-degree rape, criminal sexual acts and endangering the welfare of a child at 11:30 a.m. Friday. He was charged and held pending further action.

RANDOLPH - Jordan D. Spry, 22, of Randolph, was charged with fourth-degree stalking and acting in a manner injurious to a child less at 10:41 a.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

FREDONIA - A 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, both of Dunkirk, were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:20 a.m. on June 29. They will be in court later.

HAMBURG - Nancy A. Bugl, 49, of Angola, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny at 9:30 p.m. Friday. She will be in court later.

HANOVER - Orlando Robles, 43, of Dunkirk, was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 1:39 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.

ELLICOTT - Clint Vinzant, 19, of Poland, was charged with DWI at 3:20 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.

PORTLAND - A 16-year-old male from Portland was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 2 p.m. Saturday. Additionally, a second 16-year-old male from Portland was charged with petit larceny at 2:45 p.m. Saturday. Both will be in court later.
