John and Maureen Kane of Dewittville, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Nissa Chloe, to Ross James Bland, the son of Rick and Holley Bland of Bemus Point, N.Y.
Miss Kane graduated from Chautauqua Lake Central School, Jamestown Community College and Mercyhurst University. She is employed by WCA Hospital. Her fiance is a graduate of Maple Grove and Jamestown Community College, and is employed by Gregg Weffing Painting.
A Sept. 15, 2012, wedding is planned in Bemus Point.
