My mother was a stay at home mom. She was always there for us in times of hap-piness or despair. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She took her Grandchildren with her everywhere. When she and my father came to visit me in South Carolina, she would bring at least one of my nieces or nephews. My mother made friends everywhere she went and children flocked to her. She will be missed by all that knew her. Your loving daughter, Melinda.
God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms
around you,
And whispered
"Come to me".
With tearful eyes we watched you,
and saw you pass away.
Although we loved
you dearly,
we could not make
you stay.
A golden heart
stopped beating,
hard working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts
to prove to us
He only takes the best.
