Thomas L. Milliman

Thomas L. Milliman, 46, of 4120 Pancake Hill Road, Bemus Point, died Saturday August 18, 2012, in his home.

A Jamestown native, he was born June 1, 1966, a son of the late Carl and Loretta Woodcock Milliman.

He was a 1984 graduate of Maple Grove Central School.

He was employed by Boyles Motor Sales Inc, in the parts department. He earlier had worked for JNK Machine.

He enjoyed fixing and tinkering with anything mechanical. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees, Buffalo Bills, NASCAR and four-wheeling.

Surviving are a sister Priscilla Curry of Jamestown, five brothers: Harry Milliman of Frewsburg, Edward Milliman of Randolph, Timothy Milliman of Ashland, N.E., Carl Milliman of Gilbert, Ariz., and Jamie Milliman of Jamestown; a companion of 10 years, Donna Seaton; three children: Charlotte, Dylan and Hannah Eckert, all of Bemus Point, and several nieces and nephews

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two nieces, Elisabeth Milliman and Brandi Jo Milliman.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Lind funeral Home. The Rev. Raymond Jackson will officiate.

Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Fluvanna Free Library.
