Veronica Catherine Rizzo and Andrew Jeffrey Pragel exchanged wedding vows on June 9, 2012, at the Hall of Philosophy in Chautauqua Institution. The Rev. Barbara Brown performed the ceremony. Readings were given by Sandralee Wagner and Greg Pragel.
The bride is the daughter of Kathryn and Nicholas Rizzo of Mayville, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Christine and Jeffrey Pragel of Tonawanda, N.Y.
Nicole Rizzo, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Stacey Bank, Morgan Dudley, Meredith Hicks, Danielle Nohlquist-Bongiovani, and Katherine Rice. Flower girl was Genevieve Owen.

Best man was David Pragel, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were David Awad, Greg Pragel, David Spira, Chris Smith, Abe Thomas and Adam Williamson. Ring bearer was Jack Owen.
The bride is a graduate of the SUNY Fredonia and Canisius College graduate school of counseling. She is employed at the Falk School in Buffalo, N.Y. Her husband is a graduate of Geneseo College, and is employed by Liberty Mutual in Buffalo, N.Y.
They honeymooned in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
They are living in Cheektowaga, N.Y.
