Carrie O'Brien Spencer was recently presented with the Rotary Club of Jamestown's Above and Beyond Award at the club's annual recognition dinner.
Spencer was honored for her chairmanship of the club's annual auction was again this past spring. The Rotary Club's auction earned more than $26,000 and Spencer has been a significant leader in the auction hierarchy over the past five years.
Branch manager for ManpowerGroup, Spencer has been a member of Rotary since 2005 and is also a Paul Harris Fellow. In addition she is a sales representative for Mary Kay Cosmetics.

A 2000 graduate of Jamestown Business College, Spencer is pursuing her bachelor's degree through the University of Phoenix. She is married to Scott Graham and is the mother of two children.
