KENNEDY - Ronald E. Schultz, 47, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at his home on Ericsson Road in Ken-nedy, N.Y.
He was born July 13, 1965, in Jamestown, N.Y., the son of George E. and the late Joan M. (Smith) Schultz.
He was a welder for Matco Tool, where he worked for several years. Ronald also enjoyed work-ing with wood and car-penter work and was an avid bowler and followed football especially the Bills.
He is survived by his wife, Maria R. Conti Schultz of Jamestown, N.Y.; his father, George E. Schultz of Lakewood, N.Y.; his children: Sabrina Schulz of New Hartford, Conn., Adam Schultz and Lyndsey Conti (step-daughter), both of James-town, N.Y.; his siblings: Jacalyn L. Schultz of Lake-wood, N.Y., SueAnn M. Bishop of Jamestown, N.Y., Wanda J. (Dennis) Ahlgren of Kennedy, N.Y.; Diane D. Schultz (sister-in-law) of Glen Burnie, Md.; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donald E. Schultz.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Hills Funeral Chapel, 478 Bal-com Corners, Route 83, South Dayton, N.Y. Ronald's nephew, David E. Schultz of Fellowship Bap-tist Church will be officiat-ing. Burial will be in the Treat Memorial Cemetery in the town of Leon.
Visitation will be held at the funeral chapel on Sun-day from 2 to 4 and 7 and 9 p.m.
