CATTARAUGUS - Christopher E. Dellahoy, 23, of Dewittville was charged with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Wildwood Pool on Memorial Drive, Cattaraugus, after fighting with his brother and father. Police report Dellahoy kicked the inside of the door of a police cruiser, damaging the door and resulting in the criminal mischief charge. Dellahoy was arraigned in New Albion Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $800 bail.

LITTLE VALLEY - Sean D. DeWitt, 20, of Franklinville was charged with second-degree menacing at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Cattaraugus County Fairgrounds after fighting with another man and threatening the man with a knife. DeWitt will be in Little Valley Town Court later.
Daniel Darling, 41, of 309 Forest Ave., Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, failure to keep right, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 10:28 p.m. Wednesday. Police report pulling Darling's vehicle over for failing to keep right. Darling also had a woman in the car who had a valid order of protection against Darling. Darling was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.
