Pleas And Sentences

David Foley, Chautauqua County District Attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court before the Honorable John T. Ward:

Jose A. Morales, 37, of 69 W. Second St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation for third-degree burglary.

Ruben Santos, 28, of 121 King St., Dunkirk, NY, was sentenced to 4 months in jail and five years probation for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Melody E. Lebowitz, 23, of 322 Newland Ave., upper apartment, Jamestown, was sentenced to three years probation, a $500 fine and three years ignition interlock device for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. She was also given a one-year conditional discharge for second-degree criminal contempt.
