To the Readers' Forum:
Concerning the new discovery of the invasive species of water chestnut, I think the only reasonable and cost-effective solution is to use weed killer in the lake. We can't possible expect to find every plant and pull it, even with the entire county scouring the lake and its various tributaries and outlets.
