CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
HANOVER - Leanna Maniscalco, 30, of Point Breeze Drive, Angola, was charged with petit larceny at 9 a.m. Friday. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office conducted an investigation into stolen money at a local business. The sheriff's office determined that Maniscalco had taken money during her employment with the company. She was cooperative with the investigation, and issued an appearance ticket for Hanover Town Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
Geoffrey T. Millar, 24, of 27 Allen St., Jamestown, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Thursday on an outstanding city court bench warrant.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
John N. Dellamora, 54, of Ashville was charged with driving with no headlights, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 9:21 Wednesday. Lakewood-Busti Police were dispatched to a vehicle driving westbound on East Fairmount Avenue with no headlights. Officers located the vehicle on East Fairmount Avenue, near Bemus Street. After speaking with John N. Dellamora, the driver, and administering field sobriety tests, it was determined that he was intoxicated. He was processed at the Lakewood-Busti Police Department and released to appear in the Town of Busti Court at a later date.
