CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
GREAT VALLEY - Freddie L. Pace, 51, of Olean, was charged with DWI at 10:50 p.m. on July 17. According to a police report, Pace was stopped after deputies responded to a complaint of an erratic operator on Route 219 in the town of Great Valley. Upon investigation, Pace was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken into custody. He was processed and released to appear in court later.

KENNEDY - Leslie L. Brown, 39, of Kennedy, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
CHAUTAUQUA - Damian C. Beardi, 45, of Buffalo, was charged with second-degree harassment at 12:30 p.m. Monday.
