MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court before the Hon. John T. Ward:
William R. Buckley, 37, of 27 Stowe St., Apt. 1, Jamestown, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison for two counts of third-degree robbery to be served concurrently to a sentence of 1 to five years in state prison for a third count of third-degere robbery.
Jerome J. Tavolino, 36, of 1241 Genessee Park Blvd., Rochester, was sentenced to a $2,000 fine, a one-year driver's license revocation and 36 month having to use an ignition interlock device for felony driving while intoxicated.
