ELLICOTT POLICE

CELORON - Bailey A. McNallie, 19, of Jamestown, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, officers were investigating a domestic incident at 41.5 Conewango Ave. when they found McNallie to be in possession of marijuana. McNallie was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

HANOVER - Christopher Kozlowski, 26, of Cheektowaga was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana at 11 pm.. Saturday on Iola Drive, Sunset Bay. According to a police report, Kozlowski was being disorderly in an Iola Drive business. Deputies and Silver Creek police officers responded to the scene and charged Kozlowski with disorderly conduct. He was then a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over by deputies on Route 5 and 20, and Kozlowski allegedly had marijuana. He will be in Hanover Town Court later.

HANOVER - Max McCulloch, 28, of Tonawanda was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to stop at a stop sign at 6:52 p.m. Saturday on Allegany Road in Sunset Bay. According to a police report, McCulloch was pulled over for not stopping at a stop sign, and deputies then found McCulloch had marijuana. He will be in Hanover Town Court later.

ARKWRIGHT - Tyler C. Bailey, 20, of Cherry Creek was charged with moving from lane unsafely, speed not reasonable and prudent and driving while intoxicated at 5:52 a.m. Sunday on Route 83 in Arkwright. According to a police report, deputies responded to a car accident on Route 83. Bailey was driving south when he went off the road, tried to steer back onto the road and over-corrected, causing the vehicle to roll over. Bailey got out of the vehicle and a homeowner near the accident called 911. Bailey was treated at the scene by Forestville EMTs and then treated and released from an area hospital. He will be in Arkwright Town Court later.

Thomas McMahon, 33, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, felony DWI and aggravated DWI for having a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or higher at 7:11 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, McMahon was seen by deputies in possession of marijuana on Allegany Road in Sunset Bay. He was given an appearance ticket for Hanover Town Court and told not to drive because he was apparently intoxicated. Deputies then pulled McMahon's vehicle over on Iola Drive a short time later. McMahon will be in Hanover Town Court later.
