The Kiantone Seniors will meet on Wednesday in the Frewsburg Legion Pavilion. Seniors attending should take a dish to pass and their table setting. Entertainment will be a brown-bag auction. The event is hosted by Alverna Holmlund and Elsy Swanson.
New member Carm Bellitto was introduced and welcomed to a recent meeting. Discussion was on future events including the county seniors picnic on Aug. 10 in Midway State Park; the annual chicken barbecue and picnic in Hale Park, Frewsburg, at noon Wednesday, Aug. 22; and the annual county senior dinner/dance, Sept. 12 in the Kiantone Fire Hall.
Anniversaries were celebrated by Al and Joan Woodard and Al and Delores Haley.
