Stephen and Linda Baumgart of Falconer, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah, to Michael Allen, the son of Stacy Rugg of Jamestown, N.Y.
Miss Baumgart is a 2012 graduate of the State University at Fredonia and is employed by STEL. Her fiance is a graduate of Jamestown High School, and is serving as staff sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard.
A Nov. 3, 2012, wedding is planned.
