SOUTH DAYTON - Kyle G. Hallett, 27, of Orchard Park was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 8:56 p.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
GOWANDA - Kathleen E. Dawson, 34, of Niagara Falls was charged with failure to keep right, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated at 6:52 a.m. Sunday. She was released to a third party and will be in court later.
NORTH HARMONY - Michael J. Terhart, 39, of Euclid, Ohio, was charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing at 12:57 p.m. Monday.
GERRY - Elizabeth A. Oste, 31, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree forgery and second-degree criminal impersonation at 8:19 p.m. Monday. She is being held pending further action.
HANOVER - Amanda J. Obanion, 23, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5:30 p.m Saturday. She will be in court later.
