JAMESTOWN POLICE
Bruce W. Foster III, 29, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful imprisonment at 7:20 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, officers went to 864 Spring St. for a domestic incident involving a male with a baseball bat. Officers made contact with Foster and a female victim. Officers determined that the victim was held and choked by Foster in the apartment while a 2-month-old child was in the room. Foster then went outside and broke several windows of the apartment with the baseball bat. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
Brian S. Jones, 44, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant for the charge, which stemmed from an incident that occurred July 6.
Wallace J. Peck, 30, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, officers responded to 734 E. Second St. for a report that there was a man bleeding from his hand. The investigation revealed that Peck had been in an argument with a female at the residence. He punched a window causing it to break and cut his hand. He was taken to WCA Hospital for treatment and later to the City Jail.
Manuel C. Perez, 31, of Jamestown was charged with unnecessary noise, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated, DWI per se over .08 percent and unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, Perez was stopped after officers heard music coming from the vehicle from more than 50 feet away. Perez was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana and issued the additional charges. He was taken to the city jail without incident.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
LAKEWOOD - A 17-year-old male was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Wednesday. According to a police report, he was arrested on a warrant that was issued after it was found that he had eight stolen PS3 games on July 5. He will be in court later.
LAKEWOOD - Jacklyn M. Long, 23, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of petit larceny Wednesday. According to a police report, she was arrested on a warrant for two separate incidents where she entered Wal-Mart and stole items. She is incarcerated in the Chautauqua County Jail on unrelated charges and will be in court later.
ASHVILLE - Richard J. Shaver of Ashville was charged with second-degree harassment at 11;45 a.m. Friday following his involvement in a physical fight. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Skye P. Ryder, 26, of Jamestown was wanted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree grand larceny. He turned himself in on his charges. The warrant was canceled and Ryder was removed from the Chautauqua County wanted list.

SHERMAN - Kevin P. Buchan, 24, of Powell, Ohio, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:05 p.m. on July 5. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
SHERMAN - James P. McDonough, 36, of New Tripoli, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:33 p.m. on July 6. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
SHERMAN - Tyler A. Jaynes, 22, of Brocton was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:01 p.m. on July 6. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
SHERMAN - Alexander J. Larson, 24, of Falconer was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:15 p.m. on July 6. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
SHERMAN - Todd A. Chelton, 25, of Union City, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:30 p.m. on July 6. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
SHERMAN - Alan E. Jaquith, 27, of Corry, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:53 p.m. on July 6. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
SHERMAN - Monica L. Bower, 32, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:50 p.m. on July 6. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
SHERMAN - Nicholas Z. Eckel, 26, of Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:40 p.m. on July 8. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
SHERMAN - Leslie A. Depoty, 22, of Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:40 p.m. on July 8. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
ELLICOTT - Nathan W. Roseman, 35, of Randolph was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:36 p.m. Friday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
